The Master Bedroom Suite

|
The Master Bedroom
The Master bedroom is a large room approximately 18
feet by 32 feet in which we hava an area for the bed
and another area for sitting.
The image on the left is a view from the back of the
room which opens onto the lanai. Note the three
large windows in the room. These windows are
approximately 4 ft. by 9 ft. and each window has a
casement window on each. These hurricane proof
windows create a bright sunlit room which is airy
and has nice airflow. The ceiling has a light/fan
combination. In the distance you can see the sitting
area.
The view on the right looks from the middle of the
room towards the double French doors that open to
the lanai. The door on the right leads to the
clothes closet and master bathroom.

A Little History
The image at left is the cover of
the Abstract of Title book prepared in the
1960s which traces the ownership of the property
from the original land grant by the United States
of America to Edward M. Beckett in 1881. That
grant was for 67.3 acres which eventually was
developed as the Sunset Point subdivision of which
this property is a part. This book, of about 50
pages includes several maps as well as the history
of ownership of the property until the 1960s. The
book will be delivered to the buyer as part of the
sale.
The image at right is a postcard from the
1950s.The photograph shows the Welcome to Dunedin
sign of that day which, until recently was a
feature of the signs which are placed in the same
location. This property, 43 Edgeewater is visible
in the postcard. This posstcard will also be
delivered to the buyer.
