The wall with the double sinks has mirrors from floor to ceiling and also features globe lights. There are full ceiling florescent lights and a combination exhaust fan/heater/ceiling light. A Little History

The image at left is the cover of the Abstract of Title book prepared  in the 1960s which traces the ownership of the property from the original land grant by the United States of America to Edward M. Beckett in 1881. That grant was for 67.3 acres which eventually was developed as the Sunset Point subdivision of which this property is a part. This book, of about 50 pages includes several maps as well as the history of ownership of the property until the 1960s. The book will be delivered to the buyer as part of the sale.


The image at right is a postcard from the 1950s.The photograph shows the Welcome to Dunedin sign of that day which, until recently was a feature of the signs which are placed in the same location. This property, 43 Edgeewater is visible in the postcard. This posstcard will also be delivered to the buyer.
